How does your hair help tell the story of who you are?
Being a mom with a laid-backstyle, I like my hair to be as effortlessly casual as possible.  It has to be easy to style because I don't have a lot of time to "get ready" in the morning.  It doesn't matter what you're wearing or where you're going- if your hair looks good you feel confident!

Why do you choose Colour for your hair services?

I love the convenience of being able to have someone come to me on a whim.

What inspired you to open your own yoga and barre studio? What has been the most rewarding part of being a yogi?

I opened the first family-friendly studio in town because I saw the need for community-driven self-care for mothers in Atlanta.  The most rewarding part of my yoga practice has been the way it has shaped my parenting and experience out in the world.  Yoga has taught me to take risks, live with no regrets, and connect with others.

If you could give other women one piece of advice, what would it be?

It takes a village! Perfection is an illusion, and no one woman needs to go it alone.  We are better and stronger when we support and empower one another.
